North Cyprus Properties exists to provide an independent guide to anyone who have made it their dream to live amongst some of the least spoilt locations in the Mediterranean.
North Cyprus Properties see this website as central to their aims, and further developments are planned over the months to come. The sunshine logo of the company has been set against a sky blue archway design. Titbit pictures reflecting the charm of the island complete the look. Content management aspects to the site are likely to be augmented by XML feeds from authorised estate agents on the island.
Scott Brash Equestrian
Aged just twenty-three, Scott Brash is Scotland's top show jumper. He has a clutch of titles and trophies already to his name but he aims to go further. With the 2012 London Olympic games fully in his sights he represents a great potential talent for team UK. So far, his effort has all been his own, but to help realise his ambitions he is inviting sponsors to join him in his efforts. With this in mind he decided he would need a website.
With plenty of photos and material to use the only thing left in the design of Scott's website was the general look and feel. This was decided after we posted his initial 'website under construction' page. He liked it so much we went with that. The rest wrote itself. Well, almost!
Turtle Bay Dive Center
The sunny banks of the North Cyprus coast lays claim to some of the finest diving in the Mediterranean. In the three years since it opened, Turtle Bay Dive Centre has quickly established itself, becoming one of the most popular scuba facilities in the area.
Our brief here was to create a website featuring the dive sites and diver training provided, as well as providing dynamic tools for the dive centre to change content where required, and to do this within an overall look that differed from that of the standard scuba dive site. An open look is achieved by 'floating' content above faded background images which feature underwater landscapes from the area.
Mediterranean Gardener
The last few years has been a time of growth for this Cypriot garden centre. Riding the peaks and troughs of the Cyprus housing market the business has steadily built up a reputation for garden services – for landscaping, maintenance and the provision of garden plants, features and equipment. Mediterranean Gardener has recently taken on larger premises and new website developments are expected soon to reflect this.
Mediterranean Gardener has the distinction of being Jupiter Dreams' first website customer, requesting our services before we had formally moved into that area. The design was deliberately kept simple and light, reflecting the local feel and sunny climate of this part of the world.
Michael Franklyn
A class act indeed. Michael Franklyn is a singer in the mould of Matt Monro, Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Jack Jones, Vic Damone and Sammy Davis Jnr. His distinctive voice, together with a casual, easy going presence on stage has made him a success with audiences for years. He often writes his own arrangements and knows exactly how to entertain a crowd. When Michael decided to give himself a presence on the web, we are pleased to say he came to Jupiter Dreams.
As an entertainer Michael required a basic web site that offered a preview of his talents, so both songs and videos are featured, with background photos being allowed to provide the mood rather than the traditional photo gallery.
Caper's of Kilwinning
When this small family firm started up in 1998, offering a range of laundrette services on the western coast of Scotland, and took just £40.00 in its first week, things did not look too promising. But by virtue of tenacious effort and by offering a quality, not to mention friendly, service to its customers Caper's has steadily accumulated a loyal clientèle and has expanded steadily to six different outlets in the region. For many of those years they have had a modest website, written in house. They decided that a new lease of life for their web presence was needed and we were glad to help.
Dipping their toe into the world wide web, Caper's new website is still hardly large but has a clean, open look and feel which the company can build on. The existing company logo has been subtly upgraded and yellow has been added to the company's existing red and white theme to give a fresh and new appearance.
Andrew and Suzanne's Wedding
A website for your wedding? What a great idea! There's a choice of off the peg websites to choose from, but a custom built one, designed to your own specifications, composed of those features which are applicable to yourselves, and featuring your own unique domain name – well, it just adds that extra bit of class. Andrew and Suzanne thought so, and Jupiter Dreams were happy to help. Their wedding is in November and we wish them all the best.
This website will have two distinct phases: As the wedding day approaches the website will inform on such things as stag / hen nights, details of the wedding itself etc. Then after the wedding there will be content describing the wedding itself, including the inevitable photo gallery. Because of this we have agreed to provide amendments as and when required, building the site as the wedding day comes and goes.
